Assessing a child without turning them into a number
Five corners, reviewed on a schedule, described in stages rather than scores.
Five corners, ten criteria each, scored on a set cadence for every player.
When
Twice a season per player, on a review date the product tracks for you.
Why
"He has improved" is an opinion. Two dated reviews and the difference between them is evidence, and it is the conversation parents actually want.
The mistake most coaches make
Assessing everybody in one sitting on a Sunday night. You will rate the last six players against the first six rather than against the criteria, and the child you assessed at 9pm will carry that for a season.
In practice
A player moved +15 on Psychological and level on Social between October and February. That is a specific conversation with a parent, not a general reassurance.
Squad and player development
Open it and try it on one session
You will not get anything out of a single entry, and that is the honest answer. Squad and player development is inside the platform. Setting up takes a couple of minutes and needs no payment details.
