The session plan that reaches everyone before they leave the car park

Post it once and every coach in the age group has it.

Session plans, voice notes and files shared with the staff, in the place they already open.

When

Whenever you would otherwise send a group email nobody reads.

Why

It puts the plan where the coaching happens rather than in an inbox.

The mistake most coaches make

Using it as a noticeboard for fixtures. Fixtures belong in the calendar. The feed earns its place when it carries the thing a coach would otherwise have had to ask for.

  1. 1

    Plan drawn on a whiteboard

  2. 2

Wiped before the next group arrive

  3. 3

    Second coach improvises

  4. 4

Photograph it, post it, everybody has it

The whiteboard problem

In practice

Photograph the session plan on the whiteboard and post it. Every coach in the age group has it before they leave the car park.

Club feed

Open it and try it on one session

You will not get anything out of a single entry, and that is the honest answer. Club feed is inside the platform. Setting up takes a couple of minutes and needs no payment details.
