A goal your Head Coach can see, and nudge
Choose what to share, and get a prompt when it goes quiet.
A goal a coach chooses to share with their Head of Coaching, with the steps under it.
When
At the start of a development block.
Why
Sharing is the coach's choice and can be withdrawn. Nothing is shared quietly, which is why coaches accept it.
The mistake most coaches make
Sharing everything. A goal you share is a goal somebody will ask about, and three shared goals you actually want help with beat ten that turn every conversation into a progress check.
- 1
You share one goal
- 2
Two weeks pass with no movement
- 3
Head Coach sees it has gone quiet
- 4
One question, not a review
In practice
"Ask more than I tell in the first twenty minutes." Shared, with two milestones under it, and a Head Coach who can offer to come and watch.
Shared goals
Open it and try it on one session
You will not get anything out of a single entry, and that is the honest answer. Shared goals is inside the platform. Setting up takes a couple of minutes and needs no payment details.
